Where We ShipWe currently ship to USA Only. If you don't live in USA, don’t worry—we’re working on expanding our reach so everyone can enjoy a Littlbuddy in their life.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1-2 business days].

Orders placed after 17:00 Hrs CT on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days] (extra charges apply)

Orders over [$200.00] qualify for FREE standard shipping. 🎉.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number emailed to you faster than you can say, “Where’s my Littlbuddy?” Use it to keep tabs on your package every step of the way.

Returns Policy

Our Promise Not vibing with your Littlbuddy? No problem. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we’ve made returns super easy.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Drop us an email at hello@littlbuddy.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a return label and instructions (because we’re helpful like that).

Ship the item back to us using the label provided.

Please note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or we messed up your order (hey, it happens—but not often).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to show up in your account.
